Peter was the Creative Producer of the award winning NAATCO (National Asian American Theatre Company) for 11 years. Since he began producing for the company in 2012, NAATCO has earned 2 OBIE Awards, 2 Drama Desk Nominations, a Drama League Nomination and numerous New York Times Critic's picks. He recently produced Radha Blank’s We Good. Thx!, an exhibition room for the The Costume Institute’s In America: An Anthology of Fashion at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. He has been awarded a 2022 TONY Honor for Excellence in Theatre and an OBIE Award for his advocacy work with AAPAC (Asian American Performers Action Coalition), chosen as a 2020 Rising Leader of Color (TCG) and a 2014 Lilah Kan Red Socks Award recipient for outstanding contributions to the world of Asian American professional theatre in New York City.
